A  YES – General Obligation Bond Election – Affordable Housing – Not to Exceed $310,000,000. The City needs this bond.
B – YES – Enhancement of Paid Parental Leave for City Employees. Fair extension of benefits to birth, adoptive & foster parents.
C – YES – Expenditure Lobbyists Ordinance. Disclose who is spending $2500 or more per month to urge others to contact City Officials directly.
D – No position – Mission Rock
E NO – Requirements For Public Meetings of Local Policy Bodies. “Open Government Act” instead invites anonymous remote comment for every meeting.
F YES – Short-Term Residential Rentals. Allows real home-sharing, but prevents residential housing units from being turned into tourist hotels.
G NO – Disclosures Regarding Renewable Energy. Intentionally confusing PG&E scam to sabotage CleanPowerSF.
H YES – Clean Energy Right to Know Act. Makes sure the same marketing & disclosure rules apply to both PG&E and CleanPowerSF.
I YES -Suspension of Market-Rate Development in the Mission District. Hit the pause button – except for low- and moderate-income development.
J YES – Establishing the Legacy Business Historic Preservation Fund. Give historic businesses essential to the character of neighborhoods a fighting chance to make it through the affordability crisis.
K YES – Surplus City Property Ordinance. Clarify what property is available and make it easier to save it for various levels of affordable housing development.
